As well as being a good description of the audio content of the two discs, it conforms to information kindly supplied by the St Agnes Museum, including extracts from the book "The Secrets Of Rosemundy House" by Clive Benny.

The Chairman of St Agnes Parish Council makes a welcome speech before the opening of the open-air theatre. This is followed by a speech by the Bishop of Truro. Both talk about how worthy Barbara Ackroyd is, and Margaret Smith (deceased) was.
After a reading of scriptures by the Rev Clifford Lever, the audience were to be treated to a play by the Cornwall Religious Drama Group. The Mayor asserted that the open-air theatre must be considered as being an amenity not just for the home, but for local residents also.
Rosemundy House was a controversial "Residential Home" which provided accommodation, medical services and spiritual guidance to pregnant unmarried girls and young ladies. A happy place. Or maybe it was something more sinister, many past-residents insist that it was nothing more than a brutal baby-farm.
